Beta status
Logit is offered as a private beta, “as is,” with no guarantee of availability, uptime, or continued operation. Features may change or be removed.
Acceptable use
Use Logit only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to analyze. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or reverse engineer the software.
Your data and our software
You own the data you upload and the results you produce. We own Logit itself — the application, engine, and interfaces. Nothing here transfers ownership of your research or our software to the other party.
No warranty; limitation of liability
During beta, Logit is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of results produced by the service. Validate important results — see our validation page.
Accounts and termination
You’re responsible for your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and you may stop using and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Logit moves toward launch. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
