Draft — pending legal review. This is a plain-language description of how Logit handles data during the private beta, not the final policy.

Privacy & data handling

What we collect

Your account details (email), the datasets you upload, the analyses and results you generate, and basic usage information needed to operate the service.

How your research data is used

Your uploaded datasets are stored in your own account and used only to run the analyses you request. They are never sold and never shared with other users. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

AI interpretation

Logit’s optional AI-interpretation feature is opt-in per analysis. When you use it, the results of that analysis are sent to a third-party language-model provider to generate the interpretation for that request. If you don’t use the feature, no data is sent to that provider.

Retention and deletion

You can delete a dataset or analysis at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from the service.

Service providers

We use Supabase to host the application database and authentication, and a language-model provider solely for the AI-interpretation feature described above. We don’t sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

Logit uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We’ll update this section if analytics are added.

Your rights and contact

You can access, export, or delete your data from within the app, or contact us with any privacy question.
